I am Veronica Marshall. My topic is The Age of Mammals at the Museum of Natural History. I chose Age of Mammals because I am a big fan of this part of the museum; I am delighted to go to the Age of Mammals Hall. The Age of Mammals Hall is meant to educate the public about the past and compare it to the future.
Mission/Vision
The Mission of The museum of natural history is to educate the public and inspire the public to take care of the past. The Vision Statement of the Museum is to educate the public where how our carbon footprint affects the world. By educating the public with hands on models and a learning laboratory we value the world we live in. I’ve learned a lot about the different styles of grid and how it affects the different ways one wants to represent to the client or get the best out of an idea. Different grids suit different magazines and layouts. This advertisement for The Museum of Natural History will be going into Rolling Stone Magazine.
Target Audience
My target audience is parents reading Rolling Stone Magazine. I chose this Target audience because if a parents sees an advertisement for a place to take kids they usually take them there.

ReplyDeleteDesign This is a very symmetrical image. Your photographs are great but you need to connect them somehow from image to image – so you can get a sense of movement. Line and shape and negative space. Because of the harsh line between the photographs it stops the movement within the entire frame. The text is stretched – that is a big no no no!! I can’t read the text - all squished. All very central – Why?
Presentation: A bit better - some space but still not following the instructions. You can use the gird and break the grid.
Intent: No logo – you have a problem with not doing the instructions. Good pun on the words
